Additional cardboard inserts are used inside the mailer to keep the media snug tight and protect corners during transit.
Multiple records:
When shipping multiple titles, we will upgrade the mailer to accommodate and minimize seam splits / edge wear.

Return window: Most items can be returned within 14 days of delivery in the same condition you received them.
Item condition: Please pack returns securely and include all original accessories, packaging, and inserts when possible.
Damaged or incorrect items: If your order arrives damaged or not as described, contact us first with photos so we can arrange a replacement or refund.
Return shipping: Return shipping may be covered for issues caused by us (wrong item, damage in transit). For change-of-mind returns, the buyer will be responsible for return shipping costs.
