Shipping policy

At Limited Collectibles LLC, we ship collectibles with the same care we’d want for our own shelves. This page outlines our processing times, packaging standards, shipping methods, and policies regarding delivery, risk, and disputes.


1. Processing Times

  • Orders typically ship within 1–2 business days after payment is received.
  • We do not pack or ship on weekends or major US holidays.
  • During high-volume, or special releases, handling times may be slightly longer.

2. Shipping Regions

At this time, we ship to addresses within the United States only.

We reserve the right to cancel or refuse orders shipping to freight forwarders, reshipping services, or high-risk addresses at our discretion.


3. Packaging Standards

a) Trading Cards & TCG Products

  • Sealed products (ETBs, booster boxes, bundles, etc.) are packed in sturdy boxes with appropriate padding.
  • Smaller items may ship in rigid mailers or boxes, depending on value and quantity.
  • We take reasonable precautions to minimize damage, but minor cosmetic imperfections from transit may still occur.

b) Vinyl Records & Media

  • Records are shipped in heavy-duty 2LP Mighty Mailers designed for snug, collector-grade protection.
  • We use additional cardboard inserts to reinforce the mailer and protect corners and edges.
  • When shipping multiple titles, jackets may be separated and packed to help reduce seam splits and edge wear.

c) Posters & Art Prints

  • All unframed posters and prints are shipped rolled in sturdy tubes with secure end caps.
  • Prints are wrapped and reinforced inside the tube to reduce shifting and protect edges and corners.
  • Framed or mounted pieces (when offered) may ship flat in padded, reinforced cartons with corner protection.

4. Factory-Sealed Product Disclaimer

Minor tears, scuffs, corner wear, or seam separations in factory shrink wrap are considered normal conditions of sealed collectibles and do not qualify for refunds, replacements, or partial credits.

We do not guarantee mint condition packaging unless explicitly stated.


5. Shipping Methods & Carriers

  • We ship via USPS, UPS, and/or FedEx.
  • Available shipping options and prices are shown at checkout and depend on your address, weight, and order contents.
  • We may upgrade or adjust the carrier/service level at our discretion if it provides a better or equivalent service for your order.

Carrier delivery timelines are estimates only and are not guaranteed.


6. Tracking

  • Most shipments include tracking, which will be emailed once your order has shipped.
  • Tracking updates may take up to 24–48 hours to appear after a label is created.

Customers are responsible for monitoring tracking and coordinating directly with the carrier for delivery issues.


7. Shipping Costs

  • Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on weight, destination, and chosen service.
  • Any free or discounted shipping promotions will be clearly indicated on the site when active.

8. Signature Confirmation & Delivery Security

To help protect high-value orders:

  • We may require a signature upon delivery for orders over $250, at our sole discretion.
  • We may also require signature confirmation on any order we deem high-risk, regardless of order value.
  • The carrier and service level (including signature requirement) may be adjusted without notice to ensure safe delivery.

If a signature is required and delivery is missed, it is the customer’s responsibility to coordinate redelivery or pickup with the carrier.


9. Risk of Loss & Delivery Responsibility

All orders are considered fulfilled once marked as “Delivered” by the carrier.

  • A carrier scan confirming delivery to the address provided at checkout constitutes proof of delivery.
  • 'Limited Collectibles LLC' is not responsible for packages lost or stolen after delivery.
  • Claims of “item not received” despite confirmed delivery will not be eligible for refunds or replacements.

Customers are responsible for:

  • Providing a secure delivery location
  • Monitoring tracking updates
  • Making arrangements if unavailable at time of delivery

We strongly recommend selecting a secure delivery address or requesting signature confirmation when available.


10. Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages

Once an order has been handed off to the carrier, risk of loss passes to the buyer. However, we understand that issues can occur.

  • Marked as delivered but not received: Please first check with neighbors, household members, and your local post office or carrier office.
  • In-transit delays: Delivery estimates are not guaranteed. Weather, routing changes, or carrier delays are outside our control.
  • Lost or stolen packages: We’ll do our best to help, but claims may need to be filed directly with the carrier or a report filed with the local Police Department.

If your package shows clear damage on delivery, document it with photos and contact the carrier and us as soon as possible.


11. Incorrect Addresses

  • Please double-check your shipping address at checkout.
  • If an address is entered incorrectly and the order has not shipped, contact us immediately to request an update.
  • If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect or undeliverable address, reshipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer.

12. Refused Shipments & Returns to Sender

  • If a package is refused or returned:

    • 20% restocking fee will be deducted
    • Original shipping costs are non-refundable, including free shipping promotions (actual cost will be deducted)

13. Combined Orders & Multiple Shipments

  • Separate orders may ship separately or combined, depending on timing and contents.
  • We cannot always guarantee combining orders once they are placed, but you can reach out and we will try to help if processing has not begun.

14. Preorders & Release Dates (If Applicable)

For any preorder items:

  • Estimated release and ship dates are provided by manufacturers and may change.
  • Orders containing both in-stock and preorder items may ship together or separately at our discretion.
  • We will communicate major delays via email when possible.

15. Fraud Prevention & Order Verification

To protect both parties:

  • We may verify name, address, and phone number with the payment provider
  • Large or first-time orders may require additional verification
  • We reserve the right to hold, cancel, or refund any order flagged as low, medium, or high-risk

16. Chargebacks & Disputes

  • Orders with confirmed delivery (tracking and/or signature) are considered successfully fulfilled
  • Filing a chargeback for a delivered order may be considered fraudulent activity
  • We will provide full documentation (tracking, delivery confirmation, IP data, etc.) to dispute claims
  • Abusive or fraudulent disputes may result in order cancellation and future purchase restrictions

17. Order Cancellations & Policy Updates

We reserve the right to cancel any order at any time for any reason.
If canceled, a full refund will be issued.

Policies are subject to change without notice.


18. Terms of Purchase Agreement

By completing a purchase, you agree to all policies listed on this page and elsewhere on our website.
