Refund policy

We want every collector to love their purchase. Due to the nature of limited-edition collectibles, condition-sensitive items, and factory-sealed products, please review the return guidelines below.


Return Eligibility

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for eligible items.

To qualify, items must be:

  • In the same condition they were received
  • Factory-sealed products must remain unopened and untampered
  • Returned with all original packaging

Collectibles are condition-dependent, and once handled, opened, or unsealed, the value changes. Because of this, many items cannot be returned once opened.


Restocking Fee

All approved returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee.

This fee covers:

  • Inspection and authentication
  • Repackaging
  • Loss of market value for condition-sensitive goods
  • Labor and materials used to process the return

If an item is returned in a condition different from how it was sent, additional deductions or a denial of refund may apply.


Non-Returnable Items

The following items are always final sale:

  • Opened or unsealed trading card products
  • Vinyl records that have been opened or played
  • Posters or prints removed from protective packaging
  • Limited-edition, serialized, or numbered collectibles
  • Mystery boxes or randomized packs
  • Any item showing signs of use, alteration, or handling
  • Digital goods (if applicable)

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 72 hours of delivery.

Please include clear photos of:

  • The item
  • Shipping box
  • Packing materials
  • Any damage or issues

We will replace the item if possible, or issue a refund if the item is no longer available.

Note: Minor cosmetic shelf wear may occur on sealed products and is not considered damage.


Posters & Art Prints

All prints are stored flat in a smoke-free, climate-controlled environment to maintain condition.

Returns are not accepted for:

  • Prints damaged after opening
  • Creasing, flattening, or re-rolling caused by handling
  • Tubes opened or unwrapped by the customer

Small edge imperfections from the artist, printer, or manufacturer are not considered defects.


Vinyl Records

All vinyl is sold factory sealed unless otherwise noted.

Returns are not accepted once a record has been:

  • Opened or unwrapped
  • Played
  • Handled improperly

Industry-standard manufacturing variations (light warp, minor sleeve wear, tight spindle holes, etc.) are not considered defects.


Trading Cards & TCG Products

We do not accept returns for:

  • Opened booster packs, ETBs, or sealed boxes
  • “Swapped” or tampered items
  • Pull results (we do not guarantee card outcomes)

All sealed TCG items are sold in factory condition unless noted otherwise.


Return Shipping

If your return is approved:

  • Customer is responsible for return shipping costs
  • Tracking is required
  • Returned items must arrive in their original condition

We strongly recommend using the same level of packaging protection we use for outgoing shipments.


Returns Outside the Continental United States

Returns are only accepted from orders shipped within the Continental United States (the lower 48 states).

Orders shipped to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, U.S. territories, military addresses (APO/FPO/DPO), or international destinations are not eligible for returns or exchanges unless the item arrives damaged or incorrect.

Due to significantly higher shipping costs, carrier limitations, and the risk of damage during extended transit, we cannot process standard return requests from locations outside the Continental United States.

If an order delivered outside the Continental United States arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 72 hours of delivery and include photos of the item and packaging so we can review the issue and determine an appropriate resolution.


Refund Processing

Once your item is received and inspected:

  • Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method
  • Processing typically takes 3–5 business days
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable

If the returned item is damaged, opened, or altered, the refund may be denied.


Cancellations

Orders may be canceled before shipment. Once an order has shipped, it must follow the normal return process.
