What does Limited Collectibles sell?
Limited Collectibles focuses on authentic trading cards, vinyl records, posters & art prints, limited edition band merchandise, collectible dolls & figures, and anything else limited and collectible in nature. Everything is sourced directly from the manufacturer, distributor, or trusted suppliers.
Are your products authentic?
Yes. All items personally are acquired from official retailers, direct from artists/labels, or long-time trusted suppliers. We maintain invoices and receipts for all items. Factory-sealed products are bought new and kept sealed. Singles and used items are inspected before being listed.

How do you grade condition?
Condition is always listed in the product title/description and follows a simple, collector-friendly scale:
- Sealed / New – Factory sealed. May show minor shelf wear on outer packaging.
- Near Mint (Card/Vinyl/Poster) – Clean overall, small imperfections possible under close inspection.
- Light Play / VG+ – Noticeable but reasonable wear; great for play or display, not for perfectionists.
- Played / Good – More visible wear; priced accordingly.
Extra condition notes are included in the product description and photos whenever relevant.
How are orders packed?
- TCG singles – Sleeve + toploader or card saver, team bag, then rigid mailer or box.
- Sealed TCG & boxes – Bubble wrap or packing paper, snug box, no loose rattling.
- Vinyl records – Proper vinyl mailers with corner protection; often shipped outside the jacket when opened.
- Posters / prints – Shipped rolled, in sturdy tubes. Flat packaging upon request and will be custom built with reinforced mailers and/or boxing.
- Dolls & figures – Bubble wrapped and boxed to protect corners/windows.
When do you ship orders?
Orders usually leave within 2 business days of ordering from Texas. Q4 and holidays can push this slightly, but the goal is always fast, safe shipping.

Do you accept returns or cancellations?
Short version: if there’s a mistake or the item isn’t as described, we’ll make it right.

Can I combine orders or hold items?
If you place multiple orders around the same time, we’ll combine shipments whenever possible and refund excess shipping where it makes sense.
