By using our site, you confirm you are at least 18 years old or have permission from a parent/guardian. You may not use our products or website for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.

We reserve the right to refuse service, cancel orders, or block accounts at our discretion, including cases of suspected fraud or abuse.

2. Accuracy of Information

We make every reasonable effort to ensure information, product details, images, and pricing are accurate. However, errors may occur. We reserve the right to correct inaccuracies, update information, or cancel orders if information is incorrect — even after an order has been submitted.

3. Products & Availability

Many items we sell are limited edition, collectible, or one-per-inventory products. This means availability is not guaranteed until your order is fully processed.

We reserve the right to limit quantities, discontinue items, or restrict sales by region when necessary.

4. Pricing

Prices are subject to change at any time. This includes price adjustments due to market conditions, supplier changes, or promotional updates.

All prices shown are before taxes, shipping fees, and any applicable import/customs charges.

5. Order Processing & Refusal

Your order is considered accepted once payment is captured and a Shipping Confirmation email is issued to the email which was input at the time of order.

We may cancel or refuse orders for reasons including but not limited to:

  • suspected fraud
  • payment authorization failure
  • shipping address issues
  • inventory errors
  • policy violations or suspicious activity

6. Shipping & Delivery

Shipping timelines are estimates and not guaranteed unless explicitly stated. For complete details regarding shipping costs, carriers, estimated delivery times, and handling, please refer to our official Shipping Policy page.

Once items are handed to the carrier, we are no longer responsible for lost, stolen, misdelivered, or damaged packages unless a shipping protection option has been purchased (where applicable). Full terms regarding liability are outlined in the Shipping Policy.

7. Returns, Refunds & Exchanges

Our Refund Policy provides full details for each product category.

To summarize:

  • Factory-sealed collectibles are generally final sale once opened.
  • Media items (vinyl records, CDs, etc.) are sold sealed unless noted otherwise — opened media is not returnable.
  • Posters and art prints are shipped with care; damage from mishandling post-delivery is not eligible for return.
  • If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within the stated timeframe on the Returns page.

All return requests must be approved before you send anything back.

8. Payment Methods

We accept major credit cards, Shop Pay, Apple Pay, Google Pay, PayPal, and other listed payment methods shown at checkout.

All payments are securely processed through third-party providers. We do not store or have direct access to your full payment card information.

9. Optional Tools & Third-Party Services

We may offer access to third-party tools such as analytics, chat support, or shipping software. These are provided “as is” without warranties, and your use is at your own discretion.
