• Damaged or incorrect items: If your order arrives damaged or not as described, contact us first with photos so we can arrange a replacement or refund.
• Return shipping: Return shipping may be covered for issues caused by us (wrong item, damage in transit). For change-of-mind returns, the buyer may be responsible for return shipping.
