Factory sealed by default:
All media is brand new and 'Factory Sealed' unless otherwise noted in the 'Record Details' or photos.
Open copies:
If a title is pre-owned or opened, we’ll clearly describe any visible scuffs, hairlines, or surface marks.
Jacket / case condition:
Any corner dings, seam splits, sticker residue, or shelf wear will be called out in the 'Record Details' or photos.

Mailers:
Records ship in heavy-duty 2LP Mighty Mailers designed for snug, collector-grade protection.
Reinforcement:
Additional cardboard inserts are used inside the mailer to keep the media snug tight and protect corners during transit.
Multiple records:
When shipping multiple titles, we will upgrade the mailer to accommodate and minimize seam splits / edge wear.

If something isn’t right with your order, we’ll make it right. Here’s how returns and support work:

Return window: Most items can be returned within 30 days of delivery in the same condition you received them.
Item condition: Please pack returns securely and include all original accessories, packaging, and inserts when possible.
Damaged or incorrect items: If your order arrives damaged or not as described, contact us first with photos so we can arrange a replacement or refund.
Return shipping: Return shipping may be covered for issues caused by us (wrong item, damage in transit). For change-of-mind returns, the buyer may be responsible for return shipping.
