Shipping & Packaging

    Records ship in heavy-duty 2LP Mighty Mailers designed for snug, collector-grade protection.
  • Reinforcement:
    Additional cardboard inserts are used inside the mailer to keep the media snug tight and protect corners during transit.
  • Multiple records:
    When shipping multiple titles, we will upgrade the mailer to accommodate and minimize seam splits / edge wear.
Returns & Support

If something isn’t right with your order, we’ll make it right. Here’s how returns and support work:

  • Return window: Most items can be returned within 30 days of delivery in the same condition you received them.
  • Item condition: Please pack returns securely and include all original accessories, packaging, and inserts when possible.
  • Damaged or incorrect items: If your order arrives damaged or not as described, contact us first with photos so we can arrange a replacement or refund.
  • Return shipping: Return shipping may be covered for issues caused by us (wrong item, damage in transit). For change-of-mind returns, the buyer may be responsible for return shipping.
