Print Condition
  • Storage: Prints are stored flat in a smoke-free, AC-controlled environment to minimize warping and environmental wear.
  • Handling: Prints are handled carefully and only when necessary, avoiding bends, creases, and unnecessary contact with the piece.
  • Condition notes: Any corner bumps, edge wear, tiny handling marks, or printing quirks will be noted in the 'Print Details' and/or shown in photos.
  • Markings: If a print is signed, numbered, or hand-embellished by the artist, that information will be clearly listed in the 'Print Details'.
Shipping Info
  • Flat packing: Smaller "mini" prints may ship flat in rigid mailers with corner and edge protection.
  • Tubes: Prints ship rolled in heavy-duty tubes with kraft paper to prevent edge damage in transit.
  • Multiple prints: Multiple posters in one order are separated with tissue or kraft paper to prevent scuffing. If ordering 3+ prints, your order may be split into multiple shipments. Send us a message if you'd like to order multiples.
Returns & Support

If something isn’t right with your order, we’ll make it right. Here’s how returns and support work:

  • Return window: Most items can be returned within 14 days of delivery in the same condition you received them.
  • Item condition: Please pack returns securely and include all original accessories, packaging, and inserts when possible.
  • Damaged or incorrect items: If your order arrives damaged or not as described, contact us first with photos so we can arrange a replacement or refund.
  • Return shipping: Return shipping may be covered for issues caused by us (wrong item, damage in transit). For change-of-mind returns, the buyer will be responsible for return shipping costs.
